P&J LIVE EXHIBITION ARENA ABERDEEN

With a new name and an exciting new venue, Scottish Skipper Expo will be held at the new state-of-the-art P & J Live exhibition arena in Aberdeen.

Now in its 10th year, Scottish Skipper Expo is Scotland’s flagship fisheries show that attracts large numbers of exhibitors and visitors from all over the world.

The show was founded by Mara Media, a publishing and event management company based in Co. Donegal, Ireland.

Mara Media publishes the widely respected ‘The Skipper’ magazine, a monthly publication for the Irish and UK fishing industries. It also owns the Irish Skipper Expo, a sister show to the Scottish Skipper Expo, and which in 2022 will be held in Limerick

The Scottish Skipper Expo has been so successful that the number of exhibitors has more than doubled since its inception, with there being a truly international flavour. For example, at Scottish Skipper Expo 2019, there were around 230 exhibitors from 22 different countries.

The success of the show can be attributed to the fact that the expo is a great place to do business, as well as being the ideal venue for the fishing industry to network and socialise.

Such success is confirmed by the universally positive testimonials from exhibitors and visitors alike.

The team at Mara Media has the philosophy of continually consulting with exhibitors and visitors to ensure the show fully meets their requirements.

Exhibitor Warning

We would like to remind all our Visitors and Exhibitors that we take your privacy very seriously. Unfortunately, our exhibitors are often approached from various scam companies offering listings, advertising and/or accommodation in the lead up to our shows.

Mara Media strongly advise you, to be extremely vigilant against bogus organisations who do not represent our company. If in doubt always contact us before signing forms or engaging in conversation.

Mara Media does not permit third parties to undertake unsolicited mailing to our customers and we do not pass on your contact details.

Another excellent show where was able to network with a large number of my customers under one roof. Also able to see all the latest technology available to my customers.

I got great value from Skipper ’19 meeting lots of interesting people, sharing their perspectives on a range of fisheries matters to help me in my work, leading inshore fisheries for Scotland.
