Prior to attending The Irish Skipper Expo ("the event") we shall ensure we have in place appropriate insurance in place to include Public Liability Insurance which shall operate throughout the period commencing immediately prior to the event cover set-up and subsuist throughout the Event until the following day to cover breakdown of your own display. - Any loss to the Exhibitor not caused by a breach of our terms
- Any loss to the exhibitor relating to any business, loss of profits or loss of opportunity
- Any loss to the exhibitor resulting from or connected to any force majeure or act of God
