Exhibiting at the Irish Skipper Expo for the first time in 2024, Shaun Swan, Technical Sales Manager of Tele Radio Ireland gives an overview of the products they will showcase at the event.

“We look forward to providing information and advice on our products and systems, while also gaining an understanding of the latest industry trends in the Commercial Fishing sector. We also look forward to meeting some of our existing customers at Irish Skipper, as well as hopefully some new ones!

“We will be showing a range of products from simple pushbutton controls to complex, customizable, proportional hydraulics and camera feedback systems. Our industrial remote controls are designed to improve efficiency and safety in the commercial fishing industry, providing precise and easy-to-use control for machinery and equipment.”

The Tele Radio Product Range

With safety as a central focus, Tele Radio put great effort into making their products as safe as possible, ensuring that they meet the highest possible standards.

Shaun further explains, “Our products are not only safe, but they are also robust and can take a beating. We know that our remote controls get wet, dropped, run over – and that is all fine, we had all that in mind when designing them. They are meant to be used.

“We also try to be a company that cares about the environment. We operate in the world, and we use its resources to construct our products. The global climate and the planet’s well-being is a concern to us, and we take the challenges seriously. Tele Radio is therefore certified according to the ISO 14001 standard.”

In 2023 Tele Radio delivered a number of purposely designed radio remote control systems for hydraulic deck machinery, housed in marine grade stainless steel cabinets and pre-terminated for ease of install.
