“The limited edition Father’s Day hampers follow in the footsteps of the Burren Basket which we developed in collaboration with fellow Burren Food Trail members in response to the Covid-19 crisis,” explains Birgitta Hedin Curtin.
“We have seen a significant increase in online gifting and the Burren Basket was hugely successful leading to the Burren Breakfast Basket which proved to be very popular with the US market.”
