Largest fish auction in DK
Hanstholm Fish Auction is a Danish market leader and among the largest fish auctions in Northern Europe. Hanstholm Fish Auction was the first auction in the world to sell fish using the MSC-standards for sustainability, and today a big part of the fish is MSC-certified.
In 2022, Hanstholm Fish Auction set a turnover record, selling fish valued at more than 800 million DKK, corresponding to almost 95 million GBP. The high value corresponds to around 33.000 tonnes of fish sold.
