Marine Fire Safety (Scotland) is delighted to be returning to the show for a third year, to showcase their full range of marine fire and safety equipment and services on stand C6.
Since the last Skipper Expo show in 2023, Marine Fire Safety (Scotland) has moved into their new fully equipped MCA approved service station in Fraserburgh, providing a much larger and dedicated space to now service liferafts, lifejackets and immersion suits on site. As the only MCA approved service station in Fraserburgh, the new site will provide space for a much greater stock holding of liferafts, lifejackets and general life saving equipment, which in turn will increase speed of delivery and accessibility to customers.
The liferaft hire fleet has grown steadily over the past year, with ISO and SOLAS variants, ranging from 4-25 persons available. The hire fleet offers fishermen and small commercial operators a cost-effective alternative to purchasing, as well as achieving cost predictability. All certification is issued on the day of delivery to ensure compliance.
As a specialist in marine firefighting, they offer both Stat-X and CO2 engine fire suppression systems, including installation, commissioning and servicing, alongside the supply and servicing of portable fire extinguishers and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).
Scott Duguid, MD at Marine Fire Safety (Scotland) comments; ‘Skipper Expo gives us the opportunity to meet with our customers, to discuss in detail their requirements and ways in which as a business, we can provide solutions. We are a local company with a large customer base across the whole of Scotland and it is important that we stay engaged and find new ways to support them.”
Marine Fire Safety’s team of specialist and experienced engineers will be on hand to assist visitors at the show, with their marine firefighting and safety equipment requirements.
