Irish Skipper Expo 2027: Bookings Coming In Fast for the Galway Return
Stands at Irish Skipper Expo 2027 are being snapped up quickly, with 73 companies already confirmed since the new Galway floorplan launched on 5th August — a great early response as the show returns to its original home.
The show runs Thursday 13th and Friday 14th May 2027 at Dexcom Stadium, Galway.
As always, existing exhibitors were given first access to the new floorplan, ahead of wider release. That’s still the best window to grab a preferred stand — spaces are limited, and once general release opens later this September, remaining stands go to the standby list.
Companies already confirmed span Ireland, Scotland, Shetland and mainland Europe, including Sheehan’s Fishing Co, Seabound Engineering, Atlantic Marine Supplies, Poleson Marine, Peter Bruce Ship Painters, Thistle Marine, Bopp and Padmos.

First established in Galway in 2005, Irish Skipper Expo has been bringing fishermen, vessel owners, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers together for more than two decades. Following a period in Limerick, the Expo returns to its original home in 2027 at the High Performance Centre, Dexcom Stadium — home of Connacht Rugby.
Irish Skipper Expo 2027 will provide two dedicated days for the commercial fishing industry to meet, do business and see the latest products, services and developments from across the sector.
The new floorplan is planned for full general release later in September. Companies interested in exhibiting who would like to be added to the stand-by list ahead of the general release are encouraged to contact Sharon Boyle at sharon@maramedia.ie.
