UL Sports Arena Limerick will once again be transformed into a haven for the commercial fishing industry on the 23rd & 24th November, with the Irish Skipper Expo set to showcase the very best of the industry’s products and services under one roof.
Recognising the diverse nature and changing landscape of the industry, Sharon Boyle, Commercial Fishing Manager with Mara Media, says that show continues to evolve to meet the everchanging needs of the visitors and exhibitors.

The 2024 Irish Skipper Expo will include more outside boats and equipment on display, including a finished vessel by G Smyth Boats. This is in addition to the huge variety of exhibiting companies with every product and service represented – from shipyards to marine electronics, deck machinery, trawl gear and creels, as well as catch handling systems, insurance services and IT support solutions.
The announcement that the IFA Aquaculture’s annual conference and AGM and NMCA Seafarer’s conference will once again take place on the eve of the show is also a welcomed addition, offering visitors the opportunity to learn about the future of the Aquaculture and Offshore industries while also enjoying the show.
