Irish Skipper Expo 2022 – a ‘one-stop-shop’ for the fishing industry
With around 150 exhibitors, including many from overseas, as well as a good number of first-time attendees, Irish Skipper Expo 2022 will provide a comprehensive showcase for all the latest equipment and support services available to the fishing industry.
Irish Skipper Expo 2022 will be held at the new venue of the UL Sport Arena in Limerick, providing a spacious and well-presented exhibiting hall that will offer an excellent visitor experience.
In the arena, exhibiting companies will cover virtually every equipment and service supply sector for the fishing industry, including shipyards, marine electronics, deck machinery, trawl gear and creels, as well as catch handling systems, insurance services and IT support solutions.
A large outside display area located adjacent to the visitor entrance will offer an opportunity to showcase much larger products and boats.
Sharon Boyle, Commercial Fishing Manager for expo organiser, Mara Media, said: “Irish Skipper Expo 2022 will offer a superb shop window for the latest equipment and services available on the market for the commercial fishing industry today.
“After prolonged period of hiatus caused by the Covid pandemic, the expo will offer a welcome in-person opportunity for the fishing industry and its suppliers to meet. We are also excited by the new venue for the expo at the UL Sport Arena in Limerick, which we will appeal to both exhibitors and visitors.”
