Availability for the Forani pumps, and associated spares, has been poor in recent times but a radical change is now in place, with developing stocks at Charles Cleghorn’s Royston, Herts, premises. Additionally, a Scottish stockholding has been established in conjunction with Glasgow’s MACK ENGINEERING, thus ensuring rapid availability and much-reduced logistics expense for northern customers. Further, Irish stock is now established, with MOONEY BOATS ( Killybegs ) & MARINE SUPPLIERS ( Howth ) both offering the benefits of ready availability and lower transport costs to Irish customers.

NEW STOCK: GEAR-TYPE LUBE OIL TRANSFER PUMP
In development and imminently available, is a heavily built GEAR-TYPE LUBE OIL TRANSFER PUMP. This is designed for lube oil transfer from the dockside to the vessel’s bunker & also for waste oil extraction, hot or cold, from the engine sump. The flow rate is 50 lit/min and the unit can be supplied with a single-phase 230v or 3-phase motor.
